At Visions Transportation, safety, reliability, and community care are at the heart of what we do. We’re expanding our team and looking for School Bus Drivers and Bus Aides who share our commitment to serving families with excellence.

Drive Your Future With Visions Door 2 Door

  • School Bus Drivers

    Help us keep our community moving safely. As a Visions driver, you’ll play a vital role in transporting students with care and professionalism.

    Requirements:

    • At least 21 years old

    • Valid driver’s license (minimum of 3 years driving history, clean record )

    • Passenger (P) Endorsement and School Bus (S) Endorsement

    • Current physical examination (medical), including drug and TB test

    • Ability to pass written and road tests

    Bonus:

    • Class B License or CDL

    • Prior school bus driving experience

    • Refresher training completed

  • Bus Aides

    Our Bus Aides work side by side with drivers to ensure every student has a safe and supportive ride. This role is perfect for individuals who are caring, reliable, and enjoy working with children.

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Must pass a TB test, physical exam, and drug test

    • Ability to pass a background check/fingerprinting

    • Physically able to assist children as needed (helping with mobility, securing seatbelts, or lifting up to 50 lbs)

    • Willingness to complete employer-provided training (First Aid/CPR, student safety protocols)
